Eligibility for Refunds
-Refunds are available if the product received is in a damaged condition.
-Replacements can be arranged for products of equal value, in case the replacement is available.
Refund Conditions
-If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued.
-If we arrange a pickup for the returned item, a 20% handling fee will apply.
-Alternatively, if you choose to courier the product back to us, we will issue a full refund, excluding the initial shipping charges, without any handling deductions.
Shipping and Return Costs
-Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for covering any fees associated with returning their item.
Processing of Refunds
-Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will promptly initiate the refund process.
-The refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 7–10 business days.
-To initiate the refund process, the customer has to share their bank account details.
-Refunds can also be processed via UPI if preferred.

Invalid Reasons for Refunds
